We have entered into a Memorandum of Understanding with a Taiwan company, Acer Healthcare Inc. which is an affiliate of Acer Group, a global IT company to form a partnership to develop and expand their respective software as a medical device (SaMD) businesses.
We aim to further develop the imaging biomarker businesses and achieve any synergistic effects with the CRO business by building a cooperative relationship with Acer Healthcare, which has advanced technological capabilities in the fields of AI and big data analysis technologies.
Including our new project INDICATE, we will continue to contribute to the development of digital healthcare technology related to medical imaging.
